After leading analytics and leadership development initiatives inside some of the world’s largest organizations, Andy saw a persistent gap:
Companies were investing heavily in data tools and AI platforms, but most were still struggling to unlock real value from them. Why? Because the human side was missing.

Most efforts focused on dashboards, not decision-making. Platforms, not people.

Data Accelerated was founded to fix that.

Andy created Data Accelerated to help organizations build the mindsets, capabilities, and behaviors their people need to lead in a data-driven world. By combining advanced analytics, human-centered design, and immersive learning strategies, he helps organizations close the gap between insight and action — at speed.

Our Leadership Team


  • Founder/CEO, Data Accelerated

    Andy brings more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, leadership development, and advanced analytics. He has helped some of the world’s most recognized companies - from Amazon and Citi to Cisco and EY — transform how their people learn, lead, and perform.

    Previously, Andy led EY’s Global Analytics L&D function, where he designed and launched enterprise-wide learning strategies to upskill thousands of professionals in analytics, data fluency, and digital decision-making. He then served as Chief Analytics Officer and Experiential Design Product Manager at The Regis Company, where he helped architect scalable simulations and performance analytics solutions for Fortune 500 clients. He later led Propeller Consulting’s Data and Analytics practice, working with healthcare, tech, and retail organizations to bring modern data and leadership solutions to life.

    In 2024, Andy founded Data Accelerated to close the gap between tools and talent — helping organizations realize the full value of their data and AI investments by developing the mindsets, capabilities, and leadership behaviors needed to turn insights into action.


  • Founder/CEO, Lead Belay; Strategy Partner, Data Accelerated

    Mike brings more than 20 years of experience designing executive development programs and leading global experiential learning initiatives. He is currently the CEO of Lead Belay, a company focused on developing high-potential leaders through cohort learning programs, simulated learning experiences, and executive coaching.

    Previously, Mike served as Co-CEO of The Regis Company for over a decade, where he helped shape award-winning simulations and leadership development programs for clients like Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Cisco, Abbott, and McKinsey.

    With a focus on enabling bold leadership through real-world experience, Mike continues to drive innovation in how organizations develop their people. His work bridges strategic thinking with behavior change - helping leaders not just learn, but lead more effectively in today’s fast-moving environment.
